This privacy policy applies to surfacepros.io, operated by Pool Pros Plus, LLC(“we,” “us,” “our”) of Lawton, Oklahoma. Surface Pros is a trade name of Pool Pros Plus, LLC.

1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
When you request a quote or contact us through this site, we collect:
- Your name (required)
- Your phone number (required)
- Your email address (optional)
- Your location — the town, service area, or ZIP code you provide
- A description of what you need — the type of surface or problem, and any details you write in the message box
- Which of our pages you contacted us from — for example, whether your request came through the page linked from one of our ads
You do not need to create an account, and we do not ask for payment information through this website.
Photos. The quote forms on this site do not accept photo uploads, so the website never receives photo files. If you choose to send us photos afterwards — by text or email — we use them only to evaluate the job, as described in Section 2.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Our web host collects standard technical information when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the referring site — to keep the site running securely. The site also uses analytics and advertising, described in Section 5.
2. How we use your information
We use what you give us to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
- Evaluate the work you are asking about and prepare an estimate
- Schedule an on-site visit or service appointment
- Contact you about the job, including follow-up on an open estimate
- Keep records of the work we have quoted and performed
Photos you send us by text or email are used only to evaluate the surface or job you are asking about. We will not use your photos in advertising, on social media, or in marketing materials without asking you first.
3. Phone calls and text messages
By submitting a quote form with your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. That is the consent the form asks for, and it is the only reason we will call or text you.
- No marketing texts. We do not send marketing text messages to numbers collected through this site. Our texts are about your request and any work you ask us to do.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your request and any work in progress.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell us on a call. For help, call us at the number in Section 9.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, or your agreement to be contacted, with any third party for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with anyone outside the service providers listed in Section 6 who help us deliver those messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade it, rent it, or provide it to data brokers or to other contractors as sales leads.
We share it only:
- With the service providers listed in Section 6, who process it on our behalf and have no right to use it for their own purposes
- Between our own brands — Pool Pros, Surface Pros, and Leak Detectives are the same company, and if your inquiry is better handled by another of our crews we will route it internally
- Where required by law, valid legal process, or to establish or defend our legal rights
- In connection with a sale or transfer of the business, subject to this policy
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This site uses:
- Google Ads. The Google tag sets cookies so we can tell whether a visitor who clicked one of our ads went on to request a quote, which helps us measure which ads work. Google may also use your visit for its own ad measurement and to show you our ads later on other sites and apps (remarketing). You can turn off personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com.
- PostHog analytics. PostHog uses cookies and similar browser storage to record how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed, which FAQ questions are opened, whether the call button is clicked, whether a quote request went through, and errors the page runs into — so we can improve the site. We do not send the name, phone number, or email you type into the quote form to PostHog.
Links from this site to our sister companies’ sites carry tags in the web address that tell those sites the visit came from surfacepros.io. The tags identify the link you clicked, not you. Once you arrive, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the quote form continues to work if you do. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no common standard for them.

We keep inquiry records, estimates, and job records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and afterwards as needed for warranty, tax, and recordkeeping purposes. Photos you send us are kept with the estimate they relate to. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using Section 9.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections on our websites and access controls on the systems that hold your records. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask a question about this policy:

Our site is intended for adults arranging services for property they own or manage. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
